"Don’t get insurance here unless you want ripped off!!!!! I was getting charged $30 more in the winter time, apparently because of others drivers getting into accidents when I left them and eventually came back around I had min coverage on a truck till I had to go get a new vehicle I got a quote for a brand new 2024 car at more than what the car payments would be a month $500+ full coverage with the highest deductible on a Toyota Corolla. Had to back out of the deal and ended up buying a used Forester because of this and now I’m paying $298 a month with the highest deductible, $1000, all because I came to them with no insurance because the other company lapsed on me cause I owed $5 I have a clean record as well,"

"My heart goes out to you Anthony! As you know, your troubles began with your old insurance company and much of your review deals with being “ripped off” by them. Since you’ve been insured through my State Farm insurance agency for only a few months, your premiums on your car have not changed until a little over 30 days ago when you purchased a much more expensive vehicle. I’m proud of my team for giving you advance notice of the premium change on the new to you vehicle BEFORE you purchased it. This up-front pricing allowed you to make a logical decision of ALL your costs for that vehicle before purchasing it. In fact, our advanced notice of the premium helped you decide which vehicle to purchase (You purchased used instead of brand new). My office is always honored to provide you up front pricing to help in those car buying situations. You made the decision to purchase anyway but at least you knew the cost ahead of time. I feel bad that your insurance situation is what it is. Once your insurance situation clears up, your premium will get better over time. Continue to call on us. We will always be honest, with up-front, transparent pricing, even when you feel the premium is too high. "

"This agent is so very amazing to work with. My mom has been in a very tough spot since COVID-19 hit, she hasn't been able to make her payments on time every month like she used to. She owed over 150 and I called last week and I was able to pay 87 on her account and she still has insurance. This place is truly amazing and Mr. Pyles really cares about his clients. In today's world real humanity seems hard to come by, but he definitely restores faith in humanity. If you're seeking an agent, you should DEFINITELY go here!"

"Monday morning I hit a deer. Called my agent's office and reported the claim to his office staff who put me in touch with the claims office. They set me up with a rental car and a towing service to come and tow my vehicle. They were very friendly and helpful. The agent then called me to make sure I was ok and advised me to call with any questions. Wednesday the claims office called me and told me my vehicle was totaled. My claim check arrived at the agent's office on Friday. I went to the office, signed paperwork and received my check. From the agent's staff, to the agent, to the claims office I was treated great! Excellent service! After all, this is what State Farm is all about!!!"
